Executive Chef, Romeo Morelli, has masterfully designed a 4-course menu, $1980, featuring two dishes that incorporate delicate Alba white truffle, accompanied by a wine pairing that showcases an array of exceptional Barolo wines ranging from 1996 to 2016 vintages.
