It is with great excitement that Executive Chef Romeo Morelli unveils his special 4-course Alba White Truffle Menu, which will be available at the restaurant from 17th September.
By curating this menu, Chef Romeo aims to seamlessly blend the gastronomic heritage of his Piedmont roots with the dynamic traditions of Hong Kong cuisine, offering diners a transformative journey of the senses, as well as an opportunity for loved ones to get together and celebrate in a new way.
